THE RESEARCH SEMINAR
The research seminar gives students the opportunity to undertake a research project in teams. Topics are decided by each team after consultation with one of the Chair’s partner companies. The Head of the Chair along with a tutor from a partner are responsible for supervising the team in their research and the production of the final submission, which comprises a written paper and an oral presentation.
This research paper must allow students to have a more concrete approach to one of the facets of Real Estate, offer them the opportunity to exchange with professionals and broaden their field of knowledge and expertise.
THE PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
The period of study is followed by a six-month internship or apprenticeship from July to December. Students are encouraged to choose one of the Chair’s partner companies to complete this professional experience. Offers of positions are made available by the Chair’s administrative assistant.
